Microsoft and UN-Habitat partnered in 2019 to create social value and environmental resilience for the company’s data centre communities, through inclusive and participatory planning processes. 3, 2, 1...! Our City Plans digital platform was launched at the Eleventh Edition of the World Urban Forum (WUF11), the premier global conference on urban issues organized by UN-Habitat. The forum took place in the city of Katowice, Poland, between June 26th and 30th. The event was a great success, held on the Arena stage of the Expo Pavilion on June 28th. With more than a hundred attendees, the team shared a demonstration of the digital platform and its features, including the interactive toolbox and global planning experiences.

The Eleventh edition of the World Urban Forum (WUF) – the world’s premier conference on urban issues organised by UN-Habitat – will be hosted by Poland in the City of Katowice between June 26th and 30th.
The course "Planeación para la Transformación Urbana" was a training organised by UN-Habitat Mexico and the Cuba office with the aim to train urban actors from Latin America and the Caribbean on the formulation, implementation and evaluation of land use planning, urban development, environmental protection, social inclusion and economic growth.
